Appointment Changes & Deposit Policy

Rescheduling Requirements:

All appointment changes require a minimum 7-day advance notice. To reschedule, please contact us at 306-954-8288. Requests made with less than 7 days' notice will result in deposit forfeiture.

Policy Rationale: Our artists reserve dedicated time slots and invest considerable effort in custom design preparation for each client. Short-notice cancellations impact artist productivity and create scheduling challenges that are difficult to accommodate.

Deposit Terms:

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations with 7+ days notice: deposit converts to Headrush gift card (no expiration)

  • Gift cards applicable toward future services or retail purchases

  • Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances
